IT Service Management Training



We offer accredited training - ISEB for ITIL® (V2 and V3), and itSMF for ISO/IEC 20000 - and can also arrange bespoke training, focusing on your specific requirements and type of organisation. These courses can be based on ITIL or ISO/IEC 20000 and aimed at any level from senior management overview, service desk staff or technical staff - or indeed a mix. They are valuable as a way of encouraging the adoption and promotion of service management processes, whether as a precursor to ISO/IEC 20000 certification or as part of a more general service improvement initiative.

Our training focuses on in-house events. We deliberately do not publish an annual schedule of public events although we do provide public courses 'on demand' in Scotland and the Newcastle area in partnership with other organisations.
