Bishops Beech is an independent IT Service Management training and consultancy organisation specialising in promoting the practice of ISO/IEC 20000 (the IT Service Management standard, previously known a BS 15000) and ITIL best practice.

We are based near Edinburgh, Scotland however the reach of our services is global. Recent assignments have been carried out in North America, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Africa, India, Hong Kong, PR China, Taiwan and Japan as well as many parts of the UK.
